Ben Cousins - how to make effective change

I'm truly passionate about helping all people make effective changes in their lives. Changes that will empower them to better results. I can see that the work I do with the mind, can make a difference to problems like Ben Cousins and other footballers have - the struggle to be a role model and do the right thing.
You probably know how hard it is to make changes, consciously. You try and try to do the right thing (stop drinking, eat less, exercise more) but somehow the old habits are tempting and kick back in. That's because these habits are ingrained at the unconscious level. We have been programmed from a very early age how to think and act - some of these serve us, some of these don't.
The good news is that you can change the programming - you can rewire your mind and body to let go of limiting beliefs and habits. It can happen quickly too if you can commit to the change. Once you see the benefits of changing, the value it can add to your life, and the cost of not changing, you WILL want to change. It's easy when you commit.
